Cleveland residents may be interested in the recall of 98 non-expired, sterile medications after a contamination in one of the products was discovered by a Michigan hospital. According to reports, even though no illnesses have been reported concerning use of the product, the recall was being carried out due to "an abundance of caution."

Many Ohio residents own and drive a Toyota vehicle. Those people should be aware of a massive recall of certain Toyota models that was recently announced. The recall includes 2012 and 2013 model year Toyota Camry, Camry Hybrid, Avalon, Avalon Hybrid and Venza vehicles. Toyota believes that a free repair will help solve the issues some owners have regarding airbag and power steering malfunctions.

Diet pill users may file pharmaceutical litigation in liver cases

Cleveland dieters who may be considering taking the diet pill OxyELITE Pro may be interested in the recently reported cases of liver failure among users in Hawaii. The Hawaii Department of Health has removed OxyELITE Pro from retailers' shelves in the state and has asked the public to stop using the supplement after it was linked to the recent string of liver failure cases. The manufacturer of the pills could be facing pharmaceutical litigation due to the alleged side effect.

Ohio Highway Patrol reports single death in 3-car wreck

On Oct. 1, three vehicles were involved in a crash in Sylvania Township at around 1 p.m., according to authorities. The accident reportedly occurred on West Central Avenue near the Herr Road intersection, and it led to the fatal personal injury of one motorist.
