Kelley joined Kelley & Ferraro, LLP in 2002. Kelley's main practice areas include litigation and workers' compensation with families suffering from asbestos related diseases. Kelley is also involved in class action pharmaceutical claims, nursing home negligence, and car accidents.

While attending college, Kelley worked as a legal assistant, and then continued as a law clerk while attending law school. Kelley became an associate in 2011.
