Coretta Crowell Waller commenced employment as a personal injury paralegal with Kelley & Ferraro, LLP in June 1997, when the firm was founded. She had previously received an Associate of Applied Business degree in paralegal studies in 1989. Prior to graduating cum laude from Notre Dame College of Ohio in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resource Development, Coretta was promoted to the firm’s Human Resources Manager. She holds a PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI), and a CP (Certified Professional) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Coretta is also a 2015 Executive MBA graduate of the Cleveland State University Monte Ahuja College of Business. Coretta’s professional affiliations include membership in Cleveland SHRM, national SHRM, the International Association of Women, and honorary membership in Beta Gamma Sigma.
