Pedestrian accident kills teen girl

An Ohio car accident has left a teenage girl dead. The car accident happened just before 4 p.m. on March 21 at the intersection of Lillian Gish Boulevard and West Lincoln Highway in Massillon. According to a local report, the girl was crossing the street in a crosswalk when she was hit by a 2002 Chevy Silverado that was making a right-hand turn.

According to the report, the recall resulted after the discovery of a single capsule of another medication in a bottle of Effexor.

Rat-bite fever death prompts Petco lawsuit

Ohio parents and pet owners might be interested in a recent lawsuit filed against Petco, a national pet and pet supply retailer. The lawsuit alleges that a 10-year-old boy died of "rat-bite fever" after coming into contact with a rat that had been purchased at a Petco location in San Diego.
